4 – Persona & Empathy Mapping
In design we interact with various users to understand the user problems. Persona’s helps us to define an ideal user for our solution. We identify what the user thinks, feels, sees or hear. This gives us an in-depth analysis of users’ behavior and environment.

Technology is exploding in these areas, and it’s difficult to find designers with the appropriate background to tackle these challenging human-computer interactions, where there is room to establish new design patterns.
The new user experiences will require an increased capacity to handle more complexity—spatial, technical, systems, and kinesthetic to name a few. Designers are increasing coming from a non-design background.
In addition, Design Management and Design Leadership is a blossoming career path.
As an advice I would recommend to ask yourself where your interest lies before you jump into the area of UX UI. This subject is very vast & the process has different stages where you can see yourself fitting according to your interest.
There are UX Designers who work on user research, personas, competitive analysis, user testing & so on. Then there’s an information architecture (IA) people who define the product structure & simplifies big data into well-organized way. Then there is interaction designer (IXD) who defines product interaction by working closely with IA & Product managers with the help of low/high fidelity mock-ups. And finally, there are Visual Designers who work on final designs base on overall research & approved wireframes which users finally see. Now within these roles one has to ask themselves where my interest lies. Knowing the UX process is always an advantage even if you are not intended to become an UX expert.
Any graduate who wants to understand UX UI arena and would like to work in software industry.
The duration is 2 days i.e. total 16 hours.
